Referrals
& Puppies in their new homes!
Here's
a few of our puppies in their new homes & all grown up!
We love hearing from their new owners.
|
| We
are preferred breeders at www.goldendoodles.com
- the largest and most informative web site for the Goldendoodle.
The following was sent to Blue Sterling, who owns www.goldendoodles.com.
Blue, Good morning.
I would
be happy to give a referral for Barbara. She is a really wonderful,
caring person who takes time out to place the perfect dog with your
family. When we went to pick out "Dempsey," not only were
we looking for the perfect dog, but Barbara was looking for the
perfect owners for her "babies." We went with the intention
of finding a blonde goldendoodle and fell in absolute love with
a black one. We brought him home for our children on Valentine's
Day 2006.
The
kennel was immaculate. The facility, both indoor and out, were perfect
for the puppies as was her adult dogs. It is very spacious and exceptionally
clean. When the puppies are born, Barbara holds each one of the
puppies close to her face within minutes of birth. We went to see
them at approximately 8 weeks of age. When Barbara would handle
the puppies, they would immediately calm down when she held them
and spoke to them. It was truly an amazing site. She truly loves
these puppies and it is so evident in their temperaments.
Let
me tell you a little about Dempsey. He is an amazing animal. He
disposition is one that amazes everyone who meets him. He is so
calm and lovable. He was fully housebroken in less than 2 weeks.
He loves to be around us. We have 3 children ages 3, 6, and 7. He
loves the children and wants nothing more than to be where we are.
He was neutered at 5 months and did perfect. The Vet and all his
staff just adore him and have told us what a wonderful pet we have.
When he goes in for his well-visits, he actually "smiles"
at the staff, if you can believe that! I can't begin to tell you
how happy we are with Dempsey!
Personally,
I would never have any other breed and I would only use Barleycroft
Kennels for any new puppy we bought! I'd refer Barbara over and
over again to anyone interested in a Goldendoodle puppy.
Thanks, Kim

Good Afternoon,
I just wanted to send you this picture of "Rylee". Rylee
came from the June 25th litter of Goldendoodles. I am pretty sure
you said that she was the smallest one of the litter. She is about
52lbs now and I tell everyone she is part Golden Retriever part
Poodle and part pig....she actually lays down to eat. She has done
this since we brought her home. She has really turned out to be
a sweet smart dog. She has a big sister "Lady" and they
are so much fun to watch.
Thank you so much for raising such great dogs.
Happy Holidays,
Diane & Steve

Barbara,
Sailor was in a children's patriotic parade today and they won first
place! Best behaved dog there! She is a delight and we are having
so much fun with her!

Dear Clardy
family,
We adopted Libby a year ago and have been meaning to send pictures
for quite some time. We hope you enjoy them.
She is a great dog! She is very laid back, very social, great with
kids, hardly barks. We get so many compliments on how beautiful
she is.
We "may" be interested in a second puppy.
Sincerely,
Rose

Hi,
We just wanted to say hello and let you know how Karma and Barkley
are doing. We got them from you in Dec, and in fact their one year
birthday is coming up on 10/25! I wanted to send you some photos and
let you know that we just love them and are so happy. They really
are very different, night and day to be honest. Karma is absolutely
crazy, spunky, independent and brilliant! Barkley, the boy, is the
most loyal, loving, good listening dog we have ever had. They make
our lives so much fun and they always keep us on our toes. We had
one question. . . do you keep track of what order the pups are born
in? We were wondering who was born first, Karma or Barkley? They have
grown quite a bit since they saw you last. THank you so much. We recommend
you to everyone we know who is interested in goldendoodles and we
often check your website just for fun. Barkley is always in the blue
bandana and Karma is in purple or pink.

Hi Barbara,
We love Coconut! She has turned out to be the most well-behaved,
cutest dog. She fits into our family perfectly. Our two boys absolutely
adore her. We can’t wait to see her in our pool. We’ve
met two other Golden Doodles from Barleycroft (not sure if they
are half brothers or not) which are also wonderful dogs. A lot of
people have asked where we got her and I’ve given them your
name. If you ever need a reference in our area feel free to give
us a call. Attached is a copy of her spay certificate and a picture
of her at 6 months.
Have a great
summer!

Good Morning
Barbara,
I wanted to give you an update about Dempsey. We brought him home
on Feb 14th this year and gave him to our children for Valentine's
Day! They absolutely loved him!!!! He is the best dog in the world!
His temperament is fantastic, he is so calm and mellow and just
loves to be around us. You had a strong feeling that he would be
the perfect match for our family and you were completely, 100% correct!!!
He is wonderful! We had him neutered on April 19th. He did fine
and the Dr. and Nurses just adore him! He weighs 40 lbs already
and he is only 5 months!
He goes running/walking about 5 miles, 4 times per week! He is in
great shape and really enjoys playing outside with the kids too!
We love Dempsey and thank you so much for your help in choosing
him for us!!! I am attaching a picture of him for you.
Fondly,
Kim

| Dear
Barb,
Samantha has
been with us just over a week and she’s a true joy! Her trip
home to Hopewell Jct., NY was long
with lots of thunderstorms and she calmly sat and slept between
my 2 boys the whole way.
She’s
very bright and is housebreaking easily. She sleeps well at night
and has all the wonderful qualities we could only hope for…gentle,
calm, smart, fun and very adaptable. Her checkup at the vet went
smoothly…she had gained 8 oz. since her arrival.
We’re very happy! Thank you!

| Barbara,
Thank you so
much for breeding such wonderful puppies. We picked up Griffin on
July 25, 2006. He is in his new home just a week now and is a love.
He has a very mellow way about him,. but is also very playful. He
was the very shy puppy in the litter, but once he settled in the
real puppy came out in him. He sleeps through the night and is very
easy to house train as he has had only two accidents in one week.
Steven and I could not be more pleased as is our Vet. We are recommending
your kennel to our friends who have fallen in love with Griffin.
Will send pictures soon.
Regards,
Ann & Steven and Griffin

| Hello!
I don’t
know if you remember me but I bought a black Goldendoodle puppy
from you last year, right before Thanksgiving. My name is Melissa
and I came with my mother to pick the pup up. Anyway, he will be
a year old in a few weeks and I thought you would enjoy some pictures
of him. He is absolutely gorgeous and he’s the best dog I’ve
ever owned!! He is so mellow, quiet, and obedient, not to mention
80lbs of pure affection!! I live in Manhattan and people stop me
every day to admire him. I highly recommend you as a breeder and
have given out your number on several occasions. Enjoy the pictures
of Shea!
Regards,
Melissa

Just a quick hello and greetings from New York. Elvis is almost
4 1/2 months old now and doing great - he's loving, kind, easygoing
and cuddly. Actually, he's one of the most laid-back dogs I've ever
met! He loves to play with other dogs, and he enjoys his walks with
me and the kids. His favorite is picking the kids up from school
- he gets lots of attention! One of his passions is crunching ice
cubes - every time he hears the ice maker in our fridge churn, he
comes running. He sits and lays down, knows the names of his toys
and is pretty much house trained. His vet is happy with him as well,
he's just got his lyme shots and didn't even flinch. We're about
to train him on the invisible fence, and I think that will make
both him and us very happy! Everyone who meets him comments on his
good looks, and I've passed along the name of your kennel to several
people already. Thanks so much for giving us this great animal -
we love him!
Best to you and yours
Kristin

| Hi
Barbara,
It's been awhile since I've given you an update on Max. He's doing
very well. He's just about at 8 months, and he's probably about
55lbs. I meant to write to you when he was fixed in August, but
time goes by so fast!
Anyway, he's really such a happy guy. We're having a lot of fun,
and he's very popular wherever we go. We were just at the beach
last Sunday and nearly everyone we walked by wanted to know what
kind of breed he was.
He's made lots of dog friends in the neighborhood, and he gets along
with everyone, every dog, every child etc. Hope all is going well.

| Barbara,
Just wanted to drop a quick note...but with a big thanks for providing
us with such a wonderful puppy!! We've named him Satch, and he has
been a dream! NOBODY can get over how calm and sweet he is when
held and I truly think you should market your handling skills with
your puppies...it's so obvious that you cared for these puppies
in a loving way. Also- no one can get over how adorable he is...
Satch has adjusted amazingly well with us. I cleared my schedule
this week so I've had an intense bonding experience with him and
it's paying off. He seems secure and happy. He's eating well and
had a very good vet visit...the vet proclaimed him a very healthy
puppy.
Thank you again...we are so in love with Satch...

| Barbara,
I just had to write and thank you for our precious new addition.
She had her first vet appointment today and she had about 7 staff
members around her astounded that she already knows how to sit and
give her paw. They said she is in great health and she has a heck
of a personality. She is very smart and is adjusting very well to
the crate - even the first night....and we only had to get up once
last night to let her out.
I cannot tell you how thrilled we are and I wanted to thank you
for the work you are doing - its certainly pays off.
Best Regards,
Denise

| Hi
there and Merry Christmas!
We just wanted to let you know that Haley is doing wonderfully!
She is eating and drinking well and loves to play and sleep. She
has been among many people in the last two days and is taking it
all in stride. She loves her crate and has slept all night without
crying for us since the day we brought her home. Potty training
is going
well too--only two accidents. Thanks so much again. You can tell
how much care you take of your animals. She is certainly bringing
us a lot of happiness!
Sincerely,
Matt, Stacy and Emily

Hi
Barbara,
Thought you might like to see a picture of your pups. I love them!!!
They are great. The groomer tells me they are the best dogs she
has ever had. Daisy is 7 months/43 pounds in the picture and Heidi
is 4 months/31 pounds. Abby (the Frank's dog) is a healthy 80 pounds
at almost a year old. Hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas.
Happy and Healthy New Year to all.

Hi Barbara!
Happy New Year! Here's a pic of our boy, Asher. He is a wonderful
pup and we love him so much! When I'm on the computer, he snuggles
on my feet under the desk.
Wishing you and your family a happy and healthy 2007!
